Was Blagojevich a fall guy for Chicago politics?

One must have to wonder how political agendas are met.  Many believe that it’s how politics are played. State capitals and political figures rely on large contributions of campaign cash to do business and many likely influence it.

The news headlines across Chicago today read like a banner held high, GUILTY.
